Delivery & Click and Collect

At Tat‑Targa Pet Shop, we aim to make shopping for your pets convenient and affordable. We offer delivery throughout Malta and Gozo, together with free Click & Collect from our shop in Naxxar.

Malta Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are based on the final value of your order after discounts:

• Orders below €20: €5 delivery

• Orders from €20 to €49.99: €3.50 delivery

• Orders of €50 or more: FREE delivery

There is no minimum order value.

Delivery Time

Standard Malta orders are normally delivered within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or exceptionally busy periods may take slightly longer. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and cannot always be guaranteed.

Gozo Delivery

• Orders below €75: €5 delivery

• Orders of €75 or more: FREE delivery

Gozo deliveries may take longer than deliveries within mainland Malta. We or our delivery partner will contact you when the delivery is being arranged.

Customers must enter a correct Gozo postcode at checkout to receive the appropriate delivery options.

Free Click & Collect

Customers can collect their orders free of charge from Tat‑Targa Pet Shop in Naxxar.

We will notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for your collection confirmation before visiting the shop.

Customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation or identification when collecting an order.

Free-Delivery Qualification

Free-delivery thresholds are calculated using the final value of the products in the order after discount codes, promotional reductions and loyalty rewards have been applied.

Delivery charges do not contribute towards the qualifying order value.

The free-delivery threshold applies separately to Malta and Gozo:

• Malta: Free delivery from €50

• Gozo: Free delivery from €75

Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing:

• A complete and accurate delivery address

• The correct locality and postcode

• An apartment, house or business name and number

• A valid telephone number

• Any relevant delivery instructions

We or our delivery partner may contact you by telephone, SMS or WhatsApp to arrange or complete the delivery.

Tat‑Targa Pet Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Receiving Your Order

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Missing, incorrect or visibly damaged products should be reported to Tat‑Targa Pet Shop as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery. Photographs may be requested to help us assess damaged products.

Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful when:

• Nobody is available to receive the order

• The customer cannot be contacted

• The address is incorrect or incomplete

• Access to the delivery address is not reasonably possible

• The customer refuses the delivery without prior agreement

If another delivery attempt is required, a €5 redelivery charge may apply. This charge may also apply when the original order qualified for free delivery.

Customers may alternatively be offered free collection from our shop in Naxxar.

Large, Heavy or Exceptional Orders

Very large, heavy or unusual orders may require special delivery arrangements. This may include large quantities of litter, oversized cages, aquariums or other bulky products.

If an order requires an additional charge or cannot be delivered using our standard service, we will contact the customer before dispatch.

No additional charge will be applied without informing the customer.

Delivery Delays

Deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruption, vehicle problems, public holidays or delays experienced by our delivery partners.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and arrange the earliest practical delivery.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact Tat‑Targa Pet Shop and provide your order number, full name and delivery address.

Tat‑Targa Pet Shop reserves the right to update its delivery charges, thresholds and delivery areas. The rates displayed at checkout at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
