Delivery destinations:

At the moment, we only deliver across the Maltese Islands! We intended to expand throughout Europe in the coming months!

Delivery times:

  • Local orders take 3 business days to be delivered to you.
  • At the check out, the client is directed to indicate a date and time after the three business days, upon which delivery will be effected.
  • Normal Deliveries to Gozo are done every Wednesday.

Shipping Cost

  • Orders over €50 will have free shipping.
  • Orders up to €50 will have a €5 charge. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our policy includes:

  • 30-day return period: If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, we offer a full refund.
  • 14-day window: You have 14 days from the day of item receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • How to return: Email us at sales@tattargakennels.com with the subject ‘Returns,’ including your order number, name, and reason for return. We’ll arrange for item pickup.
  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange opened food, treats, or edible items due to strict health policies.
